To commemorate the release of her latest DVD/Blu-ray, ‘Kingyobachi‘, SKE48 member Matsui Rena held a campaign event on July 27th at a CD shop in Nagoya.
Matsui is one of the main members of SKE48, and she also ranked 10th in AKB48’s ‘General Election‘ last month. This DVD/Blu-ray was derived from Matsui’s first photo book, ‘Kingyo‘, and it features making-of footage from the photo shoots.
Matsui visited the CD shop wearing a yukata with goldfish prints. “I was nervous to greet people and sign posters by myself, but I’m very happy,” she expressed. “I want each and every person who will watch it to feel the way they think. It made me think about how there are many variations of myself, and I was also able to discover a new me.”
Aside from the making-of footage, ‘Kingyobachi’ contains an interview and a Q&A video clip.
