On December 26, AKB48 member Kasai
Tomomi (21), who announcedher graduation from the group earlier this month, appeared at Tower
Records Shinjuku to hand her photos to the fans who purchased her solo
debut song “Masaka.”
This was the first time she met with fans since her
graduation announcement, and she handed her photos to 400 fans in person. Kasai
said, “This is my first ‘handing in person’ event. Since I was able to
tell fans directly ‘Thank you,’ I am happy.”
