On the October 8th episode of ‘
Nogizaka tte Doko?‘, the senbatsu members for
Nogizaka46’s 4th single were revealed.
For their upcoming single, 3 members will be in the front line, 5 in the middle, and 8 in the back.
Ikoma Rina will take center, and
Ikuta Erika and
Hoshino Minami will be at her sides.
The middle line will consist of captain
Sakurai Reika,
Hashimoto Nanami,
Shiraishi Mai,
Matsumura Sayuri, and
Akimoto Manatsu,
who had put a halt to her activities after passing the audition in
August of last year. Akimoto will officially start her activities as a
member of Nogizaka46 with this single.
Finally,
Noujou Ami,
Saito Asuka,
Wakatsuki Yumi,
Inoue Sayuri,
Fukugawa Mai,
Ichiki Rena,
Nishino Nanase, and
Takayama Kazumi
will be in the back row. This will be Noujou and Saito’s first time
being a part of the senbatsu since the group’s debut single, “
Guru Guru Curtain“.
Until their previous single, the 7 members who stood at the front of their formation was called “
Shichifukujin”
by media outlets. For this single, the 8 members in the two front rows,
which include Ikuta, Ikoma, Hoshino, Sakurai, Hashimoto, Shiraishi,
Matsumura, and Akimoto have been named “
Hachifukujin“.
Nogizaka46 will release their 4th single sometime this winter.
